A Friday of Eclectic Old School and a Few new Songs

Trying to get back into the groove of things while I plow through some household chores while not feeling optimal with some old school a few new tunes mixed in ending up with a nice mellow mixture of jazz, R&B, blues, rock and pop with drops of reggae.

I updated my Windows OS music server that plays my mixes and my Linux system that runs my music relays plus a few other systems now time to be balanced and do some non-technical clean up and need to hear some tunes

Some of the artist that will be in this mix are YG, O’Jays, Ella Mai, Nickelback, Bootsy Collins, Darren Rahn, WC, Kylie Minogue so you can see it will be a very eclectic mix but I will try and make it flow.

Friday Gym Workout Music for First Serious Workout After Getting Body Aligned Correctly

Yes that’s right getting ready to get my first serious workout since I got my body realigned due to mattress issues as described in this post http://dhoytt.com/mainblog/2018/04/getting-back-into-swing-after-body-realignment-due-to-new-mattress/ and now its time to get back into Snakeice form baby with some music for the gym because most of my work outs will be running my courses after a while.

Going to be doing it mostly old school style with artists like Doug E. Fresh, Wrecks-N_Effect, Divine Sounds, Heart, Public Enemy, WC, Rodney O. & Joe Cooley but also some Drake, Fetty Wap, then slowing it down later with Xscape, Halsey, Marsha Ambrosius  and more.

Getting Back Body and Mind into Phase Groove

Getting Back Body and Mind into Phase Groove

Putting this set of music just thrown together for its energy without much thought but that! I need to get my body back in phase and it’s about bringing all parts together which creates a whole uniform efficient machine much like this music.

Never been this out of shape but I know how to attack this!

Join me listening to this music as I test my body to figure how I focus on each body region to bring the whole in line.

Will have artists like Def Leppard,  Wale, Cellski, Lenny Kravitz, The Egyptian Lover, Beenie Man and much more!
