I’m doing the morning workout routine in the gym since not hitting my running like I want just yet, so setting up that mix to keep the grind flow moving.
I will be hitting with some of the following artists: One Republic, Souls of Mischief, Cypress Hill Crew, Rakaa, Jhene Aiko, Fka Twigs, Nas, Esther Dean and as always so many more in the mix.
It’s Thursday and time for another special mix for gym time music for inspiration. Oh it’s going to get down and funky a few cuts from back in the days and some tunes from the present.
I kind of like to line up the music and see where it leads me let’s see how this “Gumbo Mix” leads.
