Just lined up a Thumping eclectic mix of music to workout to!
I’m not even going to hint at who is in this list because I have to get my workout in before its too late! There will be a a heavy does of old school hip-hop though I will tell you that much but also some Metal, Pop, Reggae…just a gumbo mix of sounds ending with some mellow late night sounds.

Getting that at home workout on with some upbeat music once again. Been doing it quite a bit but not posting since I wanted to step right into the workout without taking time to post but today going to let you know about it.
I have lots of old school like Kurtis Blow, Tom Tom Club, Lakeside etc. then have some current artists like YG & Mozzy, Black Pumas, Olivia Rodrigo and artists prior and between them in eras plus the normal variety of genres.
At some point I’ll go to some late slow jams to relax too.

Hump Day set of inspiring music to get through a core grinding workout from Snakeice’s House of Beats!
Going to have some Too Short, One Way, Juice Wrld, AC-DC and more. Then going to let the muscles rest with slow music from the likes of Lana Del Rey, George Benson, Monica, H.E.R, The Force M.D.’s etc.
Going full media immersion with music going and Football on one screen and baseball on the other using picture in picture side by side while working out.
I’m already warming up a bit and putting the contacts in the eyes so decided to get the music setup for the next several hours of a nice relaxing workout at home. The joys of once again having workout equipment at home but this time in a smaller package than all the weights and machines I had before Already had some Drake, Tinashe, Nipsey Hussle, Metallica, Attila, will have more artists like the blended in the mix. Maybe some Run DMC, Sugar Hill Gang, Lil Wayne, Michel’le, Pooh Shiesty let’s see what pops up on the play list.
Then a little later around 10 PM PST if not a bit earlier I’ll slow it down here at Snakeice’s House of Beats.

A nice short string of select workout songs fro a quick late night sweat session. Not going to list the songs at or artist at this time because I need to get to it but listen and be surprised! The songs have already started at 10:30 PM PST and so has the stretching and sweat.
Getting in another Monday workout and pumping up the music to make it manic! I went a bit off of the weights to focus on the cardio to get the wind up but now mixing the weights back into the workouts. So a little more indoors workouts but will still get in some pool work after the weights and treadmill.
With the indoor time to workout will have some hip-hop classics, rock classics and present artists like Nina Simone, YG & Mozzy, Queen, Kurtis Blow, HRSMN and the list goes on! Let’s workout!

Just sprinkling in a mix of music for a nice muddled workout. Artists like Original Concept, Nicki Minaj, Def Leppard, Michael Henderson, Michel’le, Polo G and then will go into some mellow sounds with artists like The Commodores, Sade, Dua Lipa with many more.

A need for a nice set of music thrown together first a little hit of street vibe, then some slow grinding sounds then letting loose once again with music from different genres and musical eras with an edge the way I like.
Listen with me and just hear a songs you know mixed with other songs you know that are normally not in the same sets.
I mean ACDC with Shelia E, Pet Shop Boys, Lil Jon, Macy Gray, Taylor Swift, Bootsy and Beyonce are just a few.
Throwing a Hump Day vibe to energize to complete while doing evening chores then to chill while enjoying the California unusual cloudy weather.
Already threw out some Mistah F.A.B, Ja Rule I still have artists like Lakeside, Halestorm, City Girls, Rappin’ 4 Tay, Tim Bowman, Prince and that a Marley and that covers the genres and flow.

Just as the title suggests a 2018 first take of a mixture of genre’s, I know not much different than what is mainly on my station but trying to pair in some cases different genres with similar types of songs of other genre’s from different musical eras.
