The last set of music for a Sunday in 2021 and it will be of course be multi-layered with different genres an beats of various eras. This is the “Snakeice House of Beats Gumbo Mix” a set of rock and roll, old school R&B, into Reggae, pop music, for upbeat sections and jazz, soul, blues, even country for some mellow moments.
Going to have something to work out (what I will initially be doing) to or just bop around the house with plus some laid-back tunes. I will mix in quite a bit on the fly as I hear certain songs and think of something that fits just right with them.

Getting that at home workout on with some upbeat music once again. Been doing it quite a bit but not posting since I wanted to step right into the workout without taking time to post but today going to let you know about it.
I have lots of old school like Kurtis Blow, Tom Tom Club, Lakeside etc. then have some current artists like YG & Mozzy, Black Pumas, Olivia Rodrigo and artists prior and between them in eras plus the normal variety of genres.
At some point I’ll go to some late slow jams to relax too.

Going to have some Too Short, One Way, Juice Wrld, AC-DC and more. Then going to let the muscles rest with slow music from the likes of Lana Del Rey, George Benson, Monica, H.E.R, The Force M.D.’s etc.
Been a rough Monday or a smooth let’s end this night with mellow music under the moonlight with the likes of Joss Stone, Coldplay, Toni Braxton, Sarah Vaughn, George Benson, Charlie Wilson, Diana Krall.. well you get the picture.
Getting my booty back into the gym after the longest layoff of my life since the 6th grade due to a mix of injuries in lower, mid and upper extremities of my body plus some crazy scheduling of private pursuits moving things around and being sick this past week. No matter the shape I’m in I go hard so used this time to get fully healed, that’s the only plus because I should have done a little bit to stay in touch with my fitness as I normally do. Now I have to stop doing things that got me injured, but what fun is that. 😉
This is a mix where I invite you to listen in on one of my private work out mixes as I have in the past. I’m going to start slow as I will with my workout but hey I have to have the hard and wild so if you want PC language and topics kindly don’t listen unless you just have to! All genres and eras will be present.
This is Friday so kicking it into the fun column then taking a bit hardcore, then a little more fun, hard again, throwback old school style, then bringing you to the present then slowing it down a bit.
