Have some music that is uptempo a bit wild and trown together for a nice mixture for my gym session. Then following that up with some Sunday styled mellow sounds.

Mixing it up on a Tuesday evening prior to Labor Day Weekend getting the house ready to role after letting it fall into a bit of disarray. The music is popping dipping down low bringing it up high, some hard banging beats, smooth and as always multiple genres which is where the gumbo comes in.
