There seemed to be a brief network interruption on my systems and then the bind order of my NIC’s changed which caused my music to attempt to stream over the incorrect network card. I went ahead and corrected this issue by disabling the secondary NIC restarting all service on the Music Server and then correcting the bind order so that if the network blinks for a brief second as happened this time the proper network card will be streaming the music.

Once the Shoutcast config let’s you bind to a specific network card of course this wil be no issue at all!
