Taking a nice measured workout and needed some music to go along with it that’s going to carry me through some crunches, leg raise push ups calisthenics aerobic type workout with treadmill at the end.
Going to include artists like Beyonce, Silk Sonic, Ready For The World, The Neville Brothers, Linkin Park and many others.
Been a long productive day after working on items late into the night and morning getting things going on one of my servers so need a patchwork of songs for this workout and all songs are on deck ready to roll regardless of tempo or genre! I have a lineup but in between set will pull whatever I feel into the mix.
Initial look I have a some Pretty Tony, Mark Morrison, Gyptian & Beenie Man, Sister Sledge, Linkin Park, Bruno Mars and Anderson Paak (Silk Sonic ) then whoever I decide to pull into the mix!
Just as the title suggests a 2018 first take of a mixture of genre’s, I know not much different than what is mainly on my station but trying to pair in some cases different genres with similar types of songs of other genre’s from different musical eras.

This is the only radio stream you can have this type of wild set of music mixed with these genres specially formulated for the moment. The moment today is to just let the music to reach such a tremendous crescendo coming from all over in such a tumultuous fashion it will just knock reasoning into your mind or , have some other affect!
