Took what used to be my customary long every other day run that digressed to a weekend run of 7.5 &#8211; 8 miles today and felt strong. The point is just not to finish but to finish strong so it does not negatively affect upcoming workouts. I was strong enough to do lots of yard work in 90 plus weather.
