This batch of homemade bacon might be the best batch I have made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carving it up I had to make a quick sandwich with avocado and egg. The bacon was nice thick with an easy bite through without any tug. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was a nice flavor without too much salt and a nice smoked all around flavor. Had a little whiskey, bit of sweet, and mild pepper flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
