Well its time to get Darryl Hoytt busy again on the work outs and it started tonight!<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Darryl Hoytt busy is doing the grind until I just get back into shape even through the dog days when I&#8217;m dragging. Everyday even when not hitting weights I will be doing cardio, abdominals and push-ups. No I will not be doing any of the trendy workouts&nbsp;these&nbsp;are work oust I&nbsp;developed&nbsp;years ago (well over a decade ago) well before the trendy workouts came out where they push your heart rate up.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I call these my burn workouts and&nbsp;generally&nbsp;get in shape very quickly as along as I maintain, especially the running. So I will put my rain gear close by so that will not be an excuse unless its coming down like crazy, then its gym cardio time.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Now that I&#8217;m accustomed to the Vibram Five Fingers I will not have to worry about waiting for my body to acclimate and push very hard on the runs.
